Wrench has been used twice before to fix our Highlander. Brandon was our mechanic. Brandon is a very nice guy. He is highly skilled in auto repair and very knowledgeable. Master Mechanic and ASE certified. I've done minor repairs on cars for decades so know the basics. Brandon clearly has a high level competence. I could see it as he diagnosed my over heating issue. He also found other issues that were not related to the water pumps, which I assumed was the problem. Brandon replaced the timing belts, water pump, thermostat, and radiator that he discovered was old. He did a great job. Brandon kept me up to date throughout the repairs. I also appreciated his detailed report once he was done. No surprises. He did exactly what he promised. He even cleaned the engine. He is proud of his work. We will be using Wrench again.
